Umazing! King Argentin Shares a Bloodline with Uma Musume’s TM Opera O

SARGA.CO – Who would’ve thought? Behind King Argentin’s glorious triumph in the race for the 2025 Indonesian Triple Crown lies a surprising truth: the champion stallion shares a bloodline with TM Opera O, Japan’s legendary racehorse and one of the most beloved characters in the game Uma Musume: Pretty Derby.

King Argentin’s win was already phenomenal. But once his bloodline is traced, his status shifts from "local star" to a member of horse racing’s global royal lineage.

TM Opera O: A Legend in Both Reality and Anime

TM Opera O is no stranger to the world of Japanese horse racing. Born in 1996, this stallion became iconic after winning every major race in a single season (2000)—an incredibly rare feat. Known as the king of stamina, he never gave up on the track and claimed prestigious titles such as the Japan Cup and Arima Kinen.

But his fame didn’t stop at the racetrack. TM Opera O was immortalized as a character in Uma Musume: Pretty Derby, a hit game by Cygames where legendary racehorses are reimagined as anime girls. In the game, TM Opera O is portrayed as calm, mature, and naturally charismatic—a respected “Onee-sama” figure adored by fans.

Cousin of TM Opera O

And now it turns out that King Argentin is genetically connected to this icon. The key lies in Blushing Groom, a legendary French racehorse who appears in both their pedigrees.

King Argentin’s sire, Agrippa, is a direct grandson of Blushing Groom. Meanwhile, TM Opera O inherits Blushing Groom’s blood through his dam, Once Wed.

In other words, King Argentin and TM Opera O are distant cousins in the thoroughbred family tree—one raised in Japan who became an international icon, the other raised in Indonesia and now carving out his legacy.

A Bright Future for Indonesian Horse Racing

The fact that King Argentin shares lineage with one of Japan’s most celebrated racehorses proves one thing: Indonesia has the potential to shine on the global stage. With professional training systems, modern stable management, and growing platforms like the Indonesia Derby, supported by SARGA.CO, the future of horse racing in the country looks brighter than ever.

And who knows? Perhaps one day, King Argentin will also be immortalized as a Uma Musume character—anime outfit and signature pose included. But for now, he’s already a living legend in the real world.

From Uma Musume to the Indonesia Derby: Bloodlines Don’t Lie

If TM Opera O is the waifu of Uma Musume fans, then King Argentin is the real-life “long-lost cousin” who runs under the Red and White flag. This is more than a tale of victory—it’s a story of how bloodlines and the spirit of champions can transcend continents and cultures.
