SARGA.CO – The long-awaited day has finally arrived. Indonesia’s Horse Racing (IHR) Merdeka Cup 2025 is just hours away from rolling out at the Legok Jawa Horse Racing Arena, Pangandaran, West Java, on Sunday, August 24, 2025, starting at 09:00 WIB.
A total of 86 horses from seven provinces are ready to compete in 16 classes for a total prize of Rp425 million.
Spectators who happen to be vacationing at Pangandaran Beach can also watch the championship live.
For regular tickets, visitors don’t need to worry about complicated access to the Legok Jawa Horse Racing Arena. With a free regular ticket, you simply need to find the best spot to watch dozens of horses race to be the fastest.
However, if you want to enjoy the best viewing spot, you can head to the tribune area. Tickets are priced at Rp 20,000 for adults and Rp 10,000 for children under 100 cm in height.
