As a second-generation horseman, Mario is not only continuing the Bendang legacy but also boldly innovating. Where the stable once focused solely on purchasing horses to compete, Mario has shifted gears, establishing a full-scale breeding and training program of his own.
"I don’t just want our horses to win—I want them to be born and raised by our own hands," says Mario, who has been immersed in the equestrian world since childhood.
Mario’s love for the sport goes far beyond family heritage. He has immersed himself in equine genetics, pedigree tracking, and cutting-edge training methods, equipping himself with the tools to shape true champions.
Unafraid to get his hands dirty, Mario learns directly from experts and works side-by-side with his horses in the stables. For him, these animals aren’t just competitors—they’re family.
