“To be honest, I’ve only been riding for a year, but the progress has been pretty fast,” she said.

“I’m someone who loves challenges and adrenaline. I wanted to try something different, something that made me feel truly alive. And after the first lesson, I realized that horseback riding isn’t just about riding—it’s also about mental strength,” she explained.
According to Lunna, mental strength plays a crucial role in this sport. With a strong mindset, a rider can build a deep connection with the horse, which is highly sensitive to human energy and emotions.
“With the right mindset, you can build a connection with the horse, which is very sensitive to our energy,” she added.
Now, after a year of exploring the world of horseback riding, Lunna feels even more in love with the sport.She’s passionate about promoting equestrianism to a broader audience, recognizing its profound physical and mental benefits
“There’s so much to learn from horseback riding. It’s been great for my physical health, especially since I used to get sick a lot. And I’ve also found inner peace,” Lunna said enthusiastically.
