SARGA.CO – Model and social media influencer Lunna Stevannya is becoming increasingly recognized not just for her beauty and presence online, but also for her growing passion for horseback riding.
On her personal Instagram, Lunna often shares exciting moments of herself horseback riding. Her elegant riding style has captivated many fans.
But behind those enchanting snapshots lies a story of struggle and resilience. Lunna once experienced a fall from a horse that shook her mentally.
“I fell once, though it wasn’t serious. But I was traumatized for a while and took a break from training. From that experience, I actually learned more about understanding horses,” Lunna revealed.
For her, a horse is not just a vehicle—it’s a living being with emotions and personality that must be understood. From that painful experience, Lunna began building an emotional bond with the horses, which became the key to her rapid progress in the equestrian world.
“To be honest, I’ve only been riding for a year, but the progress has been pretty fast,” she said.
Lunna’s interest in horseback riding started when she saw someone perform the sport with complete control and calm. As someone who loves challenges and adrenaline-pumping activities, Lunna was immediately drawn to try it.
“I’m someone who loves challenges and adrenaline. I wanted to try something different, something that made me feel truly alive. And after the first lesson, I realized that horseback riding isn’t just about riding—it’s also about mental strength,” she explained.
According to Lunna, mental strength plays a crucial role in this sport. With a strong mindset, a rider can build a deep connection with the horse, which is highly sensitive to human energy and emotions.
“With the right mindset, you can build a connection with the horse, which is very sensitive to our energy,” she added.
Now, after a year of exploring the world of horseback riding, Lunna feels even more in love with the sport. She’s passionate about promoting equestrianism to a broader audience, recognizing its profound physical and mental benefits
“There’s so much to learn from horseback riding. It’s been great for my physical health, especially since I used to get sick a lot. And I’ve also found inner peace,” Lunna said enthusiastically.
With her spirit and dedication, Lunna Stevannya is ready to become the new face of equestrian sports, making it more accessible and appreciated by the younger generation in Indonesia.
