SARGA.CO – Amid the lively roar of the racetrack at Gelanggang Kubu Gadang, a young figure quietly stole the spotlight. Not an official participant, with no records yet, and not even a name. But one thing is certain: he is the younger sibling of Wonder Land, one of the most respected racehorses in recent seasons.
A foal by Dubai’s Choice x Wonder Women, this young horse is beginning to be “introduced” to the world that may one day become her stage of glory. He joined the training alongside participants of Indonesia’s Horse Racing (IHR) Cup II, absorbing the atmosphere of competition and perhaps inheriting the champion’s spirit of her older sister.
The Big Shoes of an Older Sister
Wonder Land made a thunderous impact on the national racing scene, even posing a serious threat to top contender King Argentin in the pursuit of the Triple Crown. With explosive power and remarkable stamina, Wonder Land captured not only the attention of judges and spectators but also carved his name deeply into the world of racing.
Now, all eyes are turning to the newcomer: the younger sibling, still without a name—but already carrying high hopes on her back (or more precisely, in her saddle).
“Yes, this is Wonder Land’s younger sibling. She doesn’t have a name yet. For now, we’re just letting her get familiar with the track,” owner Dedi Novaldi told SARGA.CO.
Although she has yet to compete officially, her potential is already showing. With champion bloodlines from both sire and dam, and under the same training team as Wonder Land, many predict this young horse could rise as a new star in the coming seasons.
“Our hope, of course, is that she can be like her older sister. We’ll see how the process unfolds,” Dedi added with confidence.
Interestingly, the horse remains nameless—as if symbolizing untapped potential waiting to be defined. A name can wait, but her spirit and first steps on the track have already begun.
Will she become the rightful heir to Wonder Land’s glory? Or perhaps surpass her sister and forge a new legend of her own?
