Sprint Berkelas Kasmaran: Melesat Tanpa Cambuk, Lawan Cuma Jadi

Kasmaran’s Classy Sprint: Winning Without the Whip, Rivals Left in the Dust

SARGA.CO – The Legok Jawa Racecourse, Pangandaran, once again became the stage for Indonesia’s finest racehorses at the Indonesia’s Horse Racing (IHR) Merdeka Cup 2025. Among the many contests held on Sunday, August 24, 2025, one name stole the spotlight above all others: Kasmaran.

Competing in Class F – 1,000 meters, Kasmaran delivered absolute dominance from start to finish. Without the whip, without drama, the filly from Maju Jaya Stable surged like a bullet and secured victory with ease.

A Fierce Race That Kasmaran Controlled with Ease

This class, contested for the Le Minerale Cup with a Rp15 million prize, featured seven horses—mostly from West Java, along with representatives from Jakarta and Central Java.

From the moment the bell rang and the gates opened, the field exploded onto the track. Big names like Danasura, Hercules, Aare, and Kasmaran filled the front pack. But only one proved untouchable: Kasmaran.

With her striking coat and 139 cm frame, she immediately sprinted to the lead. Danasura’s desperate attempt to break through from the outside was in vain. Kasmaran remained calm and steady, holding her rhythm flawlessly all the way to the finish line.

More Than Just Speed

What made Kasmaran’s victory even more impressive was the fact that jockey Agung Saidili never once needed to use the whip. It was all about technique and the strong bond he shared with his horse, developed under the guidance of trainer Ardhi Wijaya.

Kasmaran is not only fast but also intelligent and full of character. She is the product of a prestigious bloodline—Leonardo de Eclipse x Emping Perdana—two notable names in Indonesia’s racing history. Now under the ownership of Suwandi of Maju Jaya Stable, she has become one of the nation’s most valuable sprinting assets.

Final Results – Race 2 (Class F, 1,000m, Rp15 Million Prize):

Kasmaran – Jakarta (Maju Jaya Stable)
Danasura – West Java (Aragon & Orbit Sport Horse)
Hercules – West Java (Manglayang Stable)

With a hat-trick of wins in her previous three races and another dominant performance here, Kasmaran is fast building her reputation as the best sprinting filly in Indonesia. She didn’t just win—she dictated the entire race.

Now, the horse racing world waits: how far can the “Sprint Queen” go? And can she sustain her dominance in the nation’s biggest upcoming events?
