

SARGA.CO – The qualifying round of the IHR Indonesia Derby 2025 for the 3-Year-Old Class over a 2,000-meter distance officially concluded on Sunday, July 13, 2025, at the Sultan Agung Horse Racing Track (SSA), Bantul. From the very start, the competition was fierce, delivering speed duels that kept spectators on the edge of their seats until the final seconds.
From the two heats, 12 horses have secured their tickets to the final round, scheduled for July 27, 2025.
The tight time margins between horses highlight the growing quality and competitiveness of Indonesia’s new generation of racehorses.
In the first group, Princess Gavi posted the fastest time at 2 minutes 19.08 seconds, barely leaving room for rivals Wonder Land (2:19.15) and Kashmir Paraja (2:19.42) to catch up. Meanwhile, Sydney All Star, Centauri, and Spektra Davinci also secured spots in the final.
The second group delivered just as much drama. King Argentine showcased his dominance with a time of 2 minutes 20.43 seconds, narrowly edging out Padagi NSL (2:20.45) and Romantic Spartan (2:20.47). This three-way showdown became the highlight of Heat 2, featuring an intense sprint that left little room for error.

Based on the results of both heats, here are the 12 top horses set to compete in the final:
To prepare for any last-minute scratches or withdrawals, the organizers have named three reserve horses—those ranked seventh in their respective heats: Satrya Ardiaa (Heat 1), Kancil Mas T.A (Heat 2), and Naura Ayu (next-best time overall).
