North Sulawesi Racehorses Gear Up to Rock IHR Cup 2025 — Meet Their Star Contender, Sidney AllStar!

SARGA.CO – The North Sulawesi (Sulut) contingent is showing serious preparation ahead of the Indonesia’s Horse Racing Cup (IHR Cup) 2025, set to take place at Sultan Agung Stadium in Bantul on June 15.

Their lineup of seven top-tier racehorses—including their star, Sidney AllStar—is primed to hit the track and bring regional glory to this prestigious national event.

Wahono, trainer at Djon’s Stable and leader of Sulut’s racing team, expressed confidence in his horses' performance.

“All our horses are in top shape. With early prep, strict health checks, and tailored nutrition, we’re confident—especially in Sidney AllStar for the Calon Derby,”

he said.

Sidney AllStar is entered in the Calon Derby class, covering 1,850 meters with a prize purse of IDR 70 million. Hailing from Sulut, this horse is considered a major contender, alongside strong competition from Central Java, DKI Jakarta, and other regions.

Kenangan Sion and Mayo in 2-Year-Old Pemula A/B (1,200 m)
