

SARGA.CO – The 2025 National Equestrian Championship (Kejurnas Equestrian) officially concluded after being held from September 22–28, 2025, at the Arthayasa Stable Equestrian Venue, Limo, Depok, West Java. This year’s championship was held in conjunction with the Open Tournament for the Commander of the Indonesian Armed Forces (Panglima TNI Cup), featuring 94 athletes representing 9 contingents, competing in the equestrian disciplines of Dressage, Eventing, and Show Jumping.
The closing ceremony of the 2025 National Equestrian Championship and Panglima TNI Cup was led by TNI Inspector General Admiral Hersan, S.H., M.Si.., M.Tr.Opsla, Commander of the Army Cavalry Center (Pussenkav), Maj. Gen. Eko Susetyo, Deputy Commander of Pussenkav Brig. Gen. Rayen Obersyl, along with Pussenkav officials, PP Pordasi Executive Chairman H. Eddy Saddak, PP Pordasi Deputy Secretary General Dr. H. Abdul Malik, S.P., M.AP., M.H., PP Pordasi Equestrian Commission Chair Rafiq Hakim Radinal, and several other PP Pordasi Central Board members. The event was followed by the ceremonial awarding of prizes and honors.
From the overall results, the West Java Contingent once again claimed the title of Overall Champion of the 2025 National Equestrian Championship. This marked the fourth time West Java achieved this feat, having also secured three consecutive overall champion titles in 2021, 2022, and 2023.
Dominating several categories, West Java maintained its lead on the medal tally from the first day until the final day of the championship.
The dedication of both West Java’s senior (Open) and junior (U18) athletes across all disciplines (Dressage, Eventing, and Show Jumping) consistently delivered medals, securing their position at the top of the final standings.
West Java’s overall victory was practically confirmed on Saturday, September 27, 2025, after the conclusion of the Team Show Jumping event.
In that competition, the West Java team—comprising M. Fahmi Satria (Alabama Z), Muhammad Zaki (Lisa Raya), Dirga Wira Ramadan Saputra (Conny Mia Pezzi), and Arserl Rizki Brayudha (My Lord Chic)—clinched a gold medal in the 120 cm Open Team Show Jumping. With this additional gold, West Java’s medal tally became unreachable for other contingents.
Out of 20 athletes from 5 contingents in this class, West Java clocked a total time of 390.73 seconds, followed by DKI Jakarta (Marcho Alexandro, Agung Riyanto, Fernando, and Andry Sutoyo) with 399.44 seconds, and East Java (Cacu Cantiwa Kurniawan, Iwan Setiawan, Sendi Saputra, and Rahman Setiawan) with 384.06 seconds but 8 penalty points, earning silver and bronze respectively.
East Java also solidified its position as runner-up in the overall standings after its U18 Show Jumping Team won gold in the 100 cm U18 Team Show Jumping.
Bernice Olena Suwitoliem (Karolina 22), Roben Haryo Wibisono (Bardena), Rasendriya Hiranya Rajasa (Altas), and Gadis Kireina Iskandar (Mia) took first place with a time of 357.91 seconds. They were followed by DKI Jakarta (365.52 seconds) and West Java (382.71 seconds with 4 penalty points) from a field of 30 athletes representing 8 contingents.
The Yogyakarta contingent also secured a gold medal through Raymen Kaunang in the 130 cm Open Individual Show Jumping. Riding Juliette, Raymen claimed gold with 4 penalty points over two rounds, followed by West Java’s Arserl Rizki Brayudha (8 penalty points) and DKI Jakarta’s Andry Sutoyo (8 penalty points), who took silver and bronze from a total of 22 participants.
Meanwhile, DKI Jakarta finally secured a gold medal on the final day of the championship after repeatedly settling for silver and bronze in earlier rounds. Nathan Edward Kareem Yacub, riding Jetfira L’Avenir, won the 110 cm U18 Individual Show Jumping with a Double Clear Round and the fastest time of 45.88 seconds.
Two East Java riders, Bernice Olena Suwitoliem and Rasendriya Hiranya Rajasa, also performed well, contributing silver and bronze for East Java with Double Clear Rounds and times of 52.07 seconds and 52.27 seconds respectively, from a total of 19 participants.
At the 2025 National Equestrian Championship, West Java not only secured the overall title but also brought home three Panglima TNI Cups. After Valentino Lumentah had earlier won two Cups in Advanced Dressage and Individual Eventing, on the final day, Arserl Rizki Brayudha completed West Java’s achievements by capturing the Cup in the 130 cm Individual Show Jumping. Arserl also earned third place in the same class, while second place went to Yogyakarta’s Raymen Kaunang.
