SARGA.CO – The IHR-Indonesia Derby 2025 was more than just a showcase of speed on the track; it was a stage for heroic tales from Indonesia’s finest racehorses. Out of 156 horses competing, only a few truly stood out. Leading them all was King Argentin, the undeniable star who clinched the prestigious Triple Crown Indonesia 2025 title.
Hailing from King Halim Stable (West Java), King Argentin proved himself to be the strongest racehorse in Indonesia this year. After conquering the 3-Year-Old Derby Class – 2,000 meters, he solidified his dominance by earning the Triple Crown—a title reserved for horses who win all three major championships in a single season.
Also from King Halim Stable, Princess Gavi gave an equally impressive performance. The mare secured second place in the same 3-Year-Old Derby class, executing a well-planned team order strategy that supported her stablemate's pursuit of the Triple Crown.
Representing San Marino Stable, Padang Panjang, Romantic Spartan is known for his come-from-behind racing style. Finishing third in the 3-Year-Old Derby, this horse is seen as a rising threat to King Argentin in future races.
From North Sulawesi, Caraxes Nagari dominated the 3-Year-Old Junior Class – 1,600 meters. This victory showcases the growing strength of Eastern Indonesia’s racehorses, rivaling the elite stables from Java.
In the 2-Year-Old Novice A/B Class – 1,400 meters, Maxi of Khalim from West Java stole the spotlight. This promising newcomer’s win marks the beginning of a journey that could lead to future appearances in the Derby and perhaps a Triple Crown bid.
A new talent from Jakarta’s Sarga Stable, Arceus Nagari took first place in Race 16 – Le Minerale Cup (4-Year-Old Class C/D – 1,600 meters). With steady speed and strong stamina, he confidently outran contenders like Santana Rembulan and Syam Wakas.
Marking the national energy company’s commitment to supporting the growth of equestrian sports in the country.
