SARGA.CO – Thousands of spectators witnessed a fierce battle among the nation’s top jockeys and racehorses at the 2025 Indonesia’s Horse Racing Cup (IHR Cup), held at Sultan Agung Stadium, Bantul, Yogyakarta, on Sunday, June 15, 2025.
Out of 131 horses competing across 18 race classes, two jockeys and two stables stole the spotlight with their dominant performances on the track.
Meikel Soleran and Agung Saidil stood out with stellar performances, each securing four podium finishes.
Their brilliant rides not only thrilled the 8,500 spectators in the stands but also cemented their reputations as elite jockeys in the Indonesian racing scene.
On the stable side, BHM Stable (South Kalimantan) and Eclipse Stable (Central Java) emerged as the most dominant teams.
Both secured five podium spots, underscoring the strength of their preparation and race-day strategies in facing a high-caliber competition like the IHR Cup.
Beyond the dominance of jockeys and stables, the IHR Cup 2025 also crowned new champions in the premier classes.
Sidney All Star, a filly owned by Roy Irawan Djatmiko (Djon’s Stable), put on a commanding performance in the 3-Year-Old Derby Prospect Class (1,850 meters).
Meanwhile, Naga Sembilan, from Red Stone Stable (Jakarta), claimed victory in the Open Class (2,000 meters).
Aseanto Oudang, CEO & Co-Founder of SARGA.CO, expressed appreciation to all parties who contributed to the success of the event.
