SARGA.CO – The long-awaited day has finally arrived. Indonesia’s Horse Racing (IHR)–Indonesia Derby 2025 has officially kicked off 18 racing classes at the Sultan Agung horse racing track in Bantul, Yogyakarta Special Region, on Sunday, July 27, 2025.
At exactly 08:30 AM WIB, the National Horse Racing Championship PORDASI 59th Series I of 2025, IHR-Indonesia Derby 2025, began with the F Class – 1,000 meters. A total of 11 horses competed in this class for the Arsari Tambang Cup, with a total prize of IDR 20 million.
As the starting gates opened, the race turned intense. Several horses attempted to break away from the pack to claim the front position.
Horse Prince Loupan with jockey Achmad Fauzi from King Halim Stable and Kasmaran from Adem Ayem Stable went head-to-head early in the race.
But the competition landscape shifted quickly as other horses accelerated their pace.
Horse Kasmaran, with jockey Agung Saidil Adha and trainer Ardhi Wijaya, surged forward and left her rivals behind.
Trailing behind was a horse from Satrio Anom Stable named Ayumi Sharayu.
Until the finish line, Kasmaran, a female horse sired by Leonardo Eclipse and Emping Perdana, with a height of 139 cm, was no longer caught by her competitors.

The competition at IHR-Indonesia Derby 2025 became even more heated during the 2-Year-Old Novice C/D Non-Finalist class over 1,200 meters, contested by 11 horses.
The winner in this class, vying for the Le Minerale Cup with a total prize of IDR 20 million, was determined by a razor-thin margin—just a nose separated the first and second place.
Horse P Putri Barbara from South Kalimantan, representing Sheila Putri Mahardika, who had led since the start of the race, had to fend off intense pressure in the final hundreds of meters before the finish line.
Fiona of Halim from King Halim Stable, West Java, gradually began to close in just a few meters from the finish line. The bodies of both horses nearly collided.
Fiona of Halim won the race with a very narrow margin.
