SARGA.CO – The highlight race with the largest purse of Indonesia’s Horse Racing (IHR) Cup II 2025 was finally contested at the Kubu Gadang Horse Racing Arena in Payakumbuh, West Sumatra, on Sunday, September 28, 2025. Competing for the Sarga.Co Cup and a total prize of IDR 85 million, seven horses vied for supremacy in the 3-Year-Old Future Derby Division I – 1,400 meters.
Seven horses, all from West Sumatra, participated. Three horses came from Bukittinggi and one each from Payakumbuh, Padang Panjang, Batu Sangkar, and Pariaman.
One of the leading horses in this class was Milea Guti from Bukittinggi Stable, a 156 cm tall, two-year-old red mare.
This horse is the result of a mating between Raja Biaro and Aleska.
Another top-rated horse is Emmera from Emeral Stable, jockeyed by Rudi Rahmat and trained by Mr. Amris.
This 3-year-old mare is the result of a mating between Touareq and Bunian Sky.
This premier class race proved Milea Guti's prowess. With a perfect start, Milea Guti immediately took the lead when the gate opened.
Milea Guti's pace was overshadowed by Carolina, who was in second place, and Agam Senator and Simanis Impian, who were close behind.
However, jockey Tripan Ahli's skill in controlling Milea Guti was unable to stem the pace of Wahyu Kurniawan's horse.
A final attempt was made by Tuan Nagura, who appeared from behind. Under the jockey R Firmansyah, the 3-year-old, 165 cm tall horse attempted to overtake from the outside of the track.
Unfortunately, the attempt was unsuccessful, allowing Milea Guti to emerge victorious in the class.

First Place: Milea Guti from Bukittinggi, from Guti Stable Bukittinggi
Second Place: Tuan Nagura from Padang Panjang, from Nagura Stable
Third Place: Noor Aqira from Batu Sangkar, from Aqira Stable
