SARGA.CO - The Sultan Agung Horse Racetrack will heat up as 11 strong horses compete in Heat 2 of the Class C 1,100 Meter Sprint, part of the 59th Indonesia's Horse Racing (IHR) Pordasi National Horse Racing Championship Series II. Held on Sunday morning, October 12, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. WIB, this heat is one of the most anticipated preliminary rounds, featuring champions.
Line-Up: Class C 1,100-Meter Sprint – Heat 2
This heat is expected to bring explosive competition, featuring nationally recognized champions. MS Queen, the pride of North Sulawesi, is known for her blazing speed on short-distance tracks.
No less threatening is P Hajar from South Kalimantan, the Champion of the 3-Year-Old Prospective Youth 1,400-Meter Class at the IHR Cup 2025. Although he’s accustomed to mid-distance racing, his adaptation to the sprint track will be fascinating to watch.
Meanwhile, Waru Winning from East Kalimantan should not be underestimated either. A runner-up in the 3-Year-Old Derby Non-Finalist 2,000-Meter Class, this horse now steps down to sprint distance—bringing with him refined speed and endurance.
The 1,100-meter sprint is all about sharp starts, perfect positioning, and explosive acceleration. With 11 horses on the track, the competition in Heat 2 is guaranteed to be fierce right from the opening bell. Jockeys and trainers must employ precise strategies to navigate the intense pace and tight spacing of the race.
Can P Hajar and Waru Winning prove their dominance in the sprint category? Or will MS Queen and the other challengers steal the spotlight and secure their ticket to the final? The race is wide open—and the track is set for an electrifying showdown!
